We had a wonderful time on our cruise. I was with my 92 year old friend and while waiting in line one of the staff brought us a chair without us even asking and another brought cold water. Everyone was courteous and helpful. The only drawback was we couldn't hear the commentary because of the noise from children and would have liked to hear about the area etc.Maybe having a paper copy woukd allow guests to access the areas history but I would definitely come back again.
